TECHNOLOGIES
Plural Component (2k, 3k, 4k)
Whether you're new to the application of plural component or
looking to upgrade your existing application technology, CBS can help. We
design both mechanical and electronic proportioning solutions for all types of
plural component materials.
High Solids and Low VOC Coatings
Your CBS team understands the material characteristics and
requirements necessary to design cost effective solutions that produce a high
quality finish.
Circulation Systems
Whether you're looking to circulate booth-side or remotely
locate a paint kitchen, Coastal Business Solutions will design standard or
pig-able circulation solutions.
Color Change
We have designed and implemented color change application
solutions controlling 36 or more colors. In addition, we have design
solutions for integrated and automated color change.
Usage Reporting
CBS can design a network all of your coating applications
collecting real-time data on usage, flow rate, operator data and more.
Atomizers
We possess a complete understanding of the benefits or
potential pitfalls for all types of atomization technology. We design air
spray, HVLP, air-assisted, airless, electrostatic, bells, disk and dip coating
solutions.
Applicator Movers
CBS integrates reciprocators, gun movers, booms and robots
into automated finishing lines.
Booths, Ovens and Conveyors
We integrate custom and standard water wash and dry media
booths, ovens and conveyors.
Project Management
CBS will assist in the design development, equipment
selection and the procurement negotiation of your project. Once we have
developed an approved solution, CBS will work with you to get the best possible
pricing from our network of leading equipment suppliers. This assures you
will get the solution you need within your budget constraints.
Start-up Services
CBS will assist in the on-site start-up, trouble shooting and
training on a per diem basis. Start-up services include on-the-line
training with a focus on developing understanding, acceptance and responsibility
for the process and it's equipment. Not available for holiday and weekend start-up.
Fees
System Design - Includes design, development and
project management meeting expenses. Fee estimate is based on the
total value of the project.
