ERI results are designed to assist you in reducing turnover, absenteeism,
work-related accidents, theft and the disruptive effects of alcohol and
illegal drug use.
This is achieved by determining whether
an individual is low-risk or high-risk on seven different scales
including:

- Safety
- Trustworthiness
- Conscientious Job Performance
- Freedom from Alcohol/Substance Abuse
- Courtesy
- Emotional Maturity
Follow-up questions consistent with EEOC
guidelines are provided for any areas of concern. These can be used during
interviews and reference checks to help clarify an individual's results.
