Competitive Market Analysis

Our Competitive Market Analysis quality initiative identifies your specific market share and the share of your competition in a given geography.  The Competitive Analysis is conducted using a survey process of targeted purchaser's of a specific product line.

Potential or existing end-users are interviewed and asked to complete a (5) minute independent survey.  They are informed Coastal Business Solutions is conducting a quality initiative for a supplier in the area and asked a series of questions.  The survey questions are directed at understanding the users preferred vendors, supplier likes, dislikes, improvement opportunities and potential projects.
