sectors. During his corporate career, Mr. David Crompton managed the sales, distribution,
automation, engineering, test labs, facilities and staffed positions for
both private and publicly traded Corporations with over 500 million in annual
sales. While managing distribution channels of over 500 distributors,
he developed a clear understanding of the business needs and outsourcing
requirements of today's distribution. Mr. Crompton developed and implemented
countless promotional programs, organizational structures, training sessions,
profit programs, Value Added Selling, motivational lectures, tactical and
strategic planning initiatives.
Through his business relationships with major manufacturers like Ford,
Daimler-Chrysler, Nissan, Boeing, Case, Caterpillar, G.E., UT and many others, David
fostered an understanding of the manufacturing environment, integrated supply,
integrators, R.O.I purchasing and other key buying criteria.
David founded Coastal Business Solutions on the basic principals of providing
the highest quality solutions, integrity and the guaranty that no client will
ever pay for sub-standard services. To that end, the Coastal team is
comprised of professionals who are recognized as experts in their individual
