CBS manufactures and publishes high quality CD ROM duplicated, replicated and
printed media in virtually any quantity. Coastal Business Solution's Media Team creates self-extracting CD ROM
publications including presentations, product training, brochures,
E-books, catalogs,
selection guides, manuals, audio and more... Our
optional integrated audio feature provides digitally
mastered sound or music while customers search your company’s CD publication.
Our Graphics team can provide thermal, 2,400dpi print or screen printed
CDs’, jackets and case images.

PRODUCT QUALITY
Don't be fooled by media merchants offering cheap alternatives on low speed,
poor quality CD media. At CBS Outsource, we use only high quality Diamond
52X Compact Disk media with a one hundred year shelf life. Diamond 52X
media may cost significantly (almost 3X) more than the cheap alternatives but it
makes all the difference when a client's customer uses our production.
PRINT QUALITY
We just don't cut corners! Many media firms offer stick on labels as an
alternative to printed CD media. While labels are faster and less
expensive, we choose thermal and high resolution printing because of it's
superior professional quality and permanence. In fact, we publish color
graphics in 2,400dpi photo quality resolution while many other firms offer only
1,200 to 1,600dpi (dots per inch). That's 55 - 100% more coverage per inch
which produces vivid colors, crisp images and enhanced color match.
So why would anyone offer 1,200dpi? With half the coverage, they use
half the ink and print in almost half the time. That's less cost for them
and substandard quality for your production run.
Replication
Coastal offers CD replication services for production runs over 1,000 compact
disks. The replication includes the production of a Glass Master developed
from your CD Master and 1 - 5 color screen printing of the CD surface area with
your supplied graphic image. There is a $25.00 film charge per color for
each production run.
Short Runs, No Problem!
We will produce as little as five high resolution, color,
duplicated Compact Disks for our clients. In addition, we offer
architecture editing for even the smallest production.
Non-functional Masters
We conduct a no cost architecture review of all customer
supplied CD Masters prior to CD publication. This review helps us to
identify any potential data failures prior to the production of your project.
In addition, we provide professional CD Mastering services to guarantee the
success of your project.
CD Mastering
Coastal will design the necessary architecture from your
supplied data files and create a fully functional Master Compact Disk for
replication. Our CD Masters include an auto-loader program that
automatically installs you CD program when inserted in a CD ROM drive.
CD Authoring
When multiple data files are placed on a CD production it is
imperative a directory (control panel) is integrated on the front end to make
navigation simple. Control panels function similar to web pages.
Users simply click links or text to view their desired content. CBS
designs complete control panel solutions for any type of media project.
Integrated Audio
For as little as $29.00, CBS will integrate your audio
selection to play when your control panel is launched on your company's CD ROM.
You may supply your own audio files or purchase audio files from CBS.
Please note, we will not publish copyrighted music files that have been
downloaded through sharing services.
Graphic Design
Coastal designs and produces high resolution professional
graphics for all types of media projects. Simply provide the general theme
and CBS will create all of your graphic content. All graphic media is
subject to final client copy approval and becomes the property of the client
upon completion of the project.
Color Jewel Insert Printing
CBS provides full color printing for CD jewel case inserts. Standard
complete packages include 4/1 (front and back) case print. Please add
$48.00 for 4/4 for full printing of jewel insert surface area.
Want to Do-it-Yourself?
CBS offers both thermal and high resolution color printed
blank Diamond media for your do-it-yourself
duplication projects. This allows you the ability to use a CD Burner to
create your own CD's on demand.
